Key Responsibilities
- Develop tailored, evidence-driven treatment strategies for each individual.
- Facilitate individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions.
- Oversee all clinical aspects, services, and aftercare for assigned clients.
- Manage crisis situations through prevention, intervention, and de-escalation techniques.
- Ensure thorough documentation of client challenges, progress, and interventions.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director and treatment team for integrated care.
- Exemplify ethical standards and recovery principles in all professional interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Possession of valid state licensure or certification for practice in this role.
- Exceptional observational, collaborative, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathetic and respectful demeanor that embodies recovery principles.
- Capability to establish firm boundaries while maintaining confidentiality.
