Job Title: Recovery Case Manager

Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with a strong commitment to evidence-based clinical care. As a Recovery Case Manager, you will play a vital role in advocating for clients, addressing external barriers to treatment, and providing ongoing case management throughout the duration of treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for clients, addressing and resolving any external barriers to treatment
  • Initiate case management for each client upon intake, addressing any pressing needs
  • Oversee client accounts, ensuring insurance is active throughout the duration of treatment
  • Provide ongoing case management throughout the duration of treatment
  • Arrange housing, financial aid, legal aid, vocational training, and other necessary services for clients post-discharge
  • Facilitate comprehensive discharge planning, including continuing care, housing, and sober support

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum 1-year experience in the treatment industry preferred
  • If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Warm, empathetic, and respectful personality
