Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at our Ted Baker Bloomingdale's Chestnut Hill location. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and upholding the Ted Baker brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
    • Use product knowledge to generate sales and increase customer loyalty to the brand.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Use all available Ted's trainings, tools, and information to keep up to date on current product and increase awareness of the product.
    • Follow merchandising guidelines, replenishment procedures, and housekeeping standards to ensure that Ted is represented at the highest level.
  • Commercial
    • Demonstrate all requirements of Ted's trainings and standards.
    • Deliver Greet, Observe, Talk, Fit, Assist Thank (GOTFAT) with enthusiasm and consistency.
    • Have a good understanding of local and customer profiles and use of sales techniques to build loyal customer relationships.
  • Operations
    • Be proactive and complete all tasks correctly and efficiently following Company policies and procedures.
    • Adhere to all Company health and safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail sales role, preferably in fashion.
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for providing a high-quality shopping experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues professionally.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Enthusiasm for fashion and a keen interest in the Ted Baker brand.
