Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Uphold cleanliness standards throughout your daily tasks.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and housekeeping procedures.
  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms based on priority and established standards.
  • Restock and organize cleaning carts at the end of each shift.
  • Participate in additional deep cleaning tasks as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Essential Duties

Your primary duty will be to clean guest rooms according to the hotel's cleanliness standards. You will also be responsible for reporting maintenance issues and addressing guest requests or complaints while ensuring the confidentiality and security of all guest areas.

Qualifications
  • At least one year of cleaning experience; hotel experience is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with proper chemical handling procedures.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and activities suitable for guests.
Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour
