Housekeeping Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Houseperson to join our team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites DuBois in DuBois, Pennsylvania.

• Clean and maintain public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, and guest rooms, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and quality.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Report any maintenance issues or concerns to management promptly.
• Restock cart and complete additional deep cleaning functions as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Minimum one year of cleaning experience, with previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety procedures.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
