Job Summary:
Spectrum Audio Visual is seeking an experienced AV Sales Manager to lead our hotel audio visual revenue growth initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive business success through strategic planning, customer engagement, and sales development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow hotel audio visual revenue.
- Build strong relationships with hotel event customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the hotel sales team to secure new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
- Analyze sales data to inform business forecasting and optimize sales strategies.
- Regularly report on individual performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Audio Visual equipment and services.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
- Supervisory or management experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Audio Visual Equipment and Services.
- Experience in hotel event services.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to build rapport with clients.
Compensation:
A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
