Position Overview

The Client Engagement Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing client interactions by providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure optimal outcomes and enhance the value of services rendered. This position requires establishing credibility in IT management and the capability to communicate both tactically and strategically. A proactive and positive attitude is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop and oversee each client's IT strategy, aligning it with their budget and objectives.
  • Assist in implementing the IT service management framework.
  • Organize and conduct quarterly and annual review sessions with clients to assess service performance and suggest additional services as necessary.
  • Provide necessary training and support to clients.
  • Gather feedback to effectively relay our achievements and areas for enhancement.
  • Stay informed about new services and offerings from the Service Strategy and Design team.
  • Maintain regular communication with client representatives to ensure expectations are met.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients during project execution to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Represent the organization at various industry events as required.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients for agreed-upon services and projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of best practices in customer service and IT.
  • Technological proficiency and aptitude.

Educational Background

A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, relevant experience in customer service is essential.

Additional Information

While education, certifications, or experience are preferred, they are not mandatory for consideration.

The compensation package for this role includes medical benefits, eligibility for a 401(k), Paid Time Off, and parental leave. Further details regarding participation in these benefit plans will be provided upon receiving an employment offer.
