Position Overview
Director of Accounting - Revenue & Cost (Hybrid)

Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop strategies that enhance the company's long-term financial stability and margin enhancement.
  • Oversee global revenue and cost operations, including billing and collections.
  • Engage with stakeholders to revamp essential processes and controls while supporting business and financial evaluations.
  • Establish significant metrics and analyses to assess performance, proactively identify potential challenges, and implement effective solutions.
  • Formulate and enforce accounting policies within the relevant functions.
  • Ensure the timely completion of financial closing activities.
  • Possess 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 6 years in revenue and cost management and 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Exhibit critical thinking and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Act as a thought leader and advocate for revenue and margin growth.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP concerning revenue, costs, and related domains.
  • Manage competing priorities effectively under time constraints and adapt to evolving priorities and environments.
  • Drive transformation initiatives and focus on continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Present complex financial and accounting issues to the leadership team, propose actionable solutions, and execute plans.
  • Possess advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA and CPA preferred.
