- Excellent system troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work with various stakeholders.
- BA in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Science.
- 7-10 years of experience in the Technology field.
- Team player with strong support skills, innovation mindset, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in the administration of CMDB solutions, notification solutions, and scripting languages.
- Experience with synthetic end-user monitoring, scripting, and REST API integrations.
