Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Communication and Coordination: Assist in communicating student issues to program managers, coordinate transportation services, and facilitate daily supervision of program participants.
  • Facilitation and Support: Provide small group facilitation, attend probation/DCS appointments, and maintain a positive environment for all program participants.
  • Record Keeping and Data Collection: Assist in record keeping, data collection, and student assessments.

Qualifications: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalency, 3-5 years' experience working with youth and families, valid driver's license, and CPR/First Aid certifications.
