Seeking an experienced and skilled Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a prominent client site.

As a Security Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of security officers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. You will serve as a liaison between site management, account managers, and security personnel, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security officers on assigned shifts, providing guidance, recognition, and coaching as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between site management, account managers, and security personnel, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports, training logs, and scheduling activity reports.
  • Enforce Allied Universal policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve security services, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional manner.
  • Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client sites.
  • Ability to work in various environments, including cold weather, rain/snow, or heat.
