About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled RN to provide high-quality patient care in our skilled and long-term care setting.
  • You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • In addition to providing direct patient care, you will also participate in ongoing education and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify areas of risk and develop targeted interventions to prevent complications
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance clinical knowledge and skills
  • Perform physical assessments and provide accurate and timely reporting to the attending physician

Requirements:

  • Current and valid licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
  • BLS certification upon hire and ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
  • Previous acute care hospital experience preferred

Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year.
