Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in critical care nursing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the ICU.
- Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
- ACLS certification.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
