At AdventHealth DeLand, we value the essence of community and the holistic care of every individual. We are currently seeking a dedicated Nursing Administrative Leader to join our team on a Per Diem/PRN basis.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical and administrative oversight during non-business hours.
  • Act as the primary representative for patient relations and administrative matters.
  • Facilitate effective communication across departments to ensure quality patient care.
  • Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and the core values of our organization.
  • Reassign staff duties as necessary to optimize skill utilization and balance workloads.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a minimum of four years of nursing experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or leadership role.


Work Schedule:

This position operates on a Night Shift schedule, with hours determined on an as-needed basis.
