We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at The Bradbury Group. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components and assemblies using computer-aided design software and analysis packages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze product and equipment specifications to develop mechanical designs and drafting that meet performance requirements.
  • Design and develop new, modified, and improved designs for mechanical components and assemblies.
  • Collaborate with engineering personnel and other department employees to clarify or resolve problems.
  • Requisition long lead items and analyze problems that may arise during the manufacturing process.
  • Provide technical information concerning manufacturing or processing techniques, materials, properties, and limitations that affect the product being designed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of mechanical design experience.
  • Proficient in AutoCad and Inventor software.
  • Ability to comprehend and apply advanced mathematics and mechanical and machine design concepts.
  • Ability to solve practical mechanical design problems and interpret technical publications.
