Position Overview

About Us:

Back to Basics Learning Dynamics (B2B) is a leading provider of educational services, offering a wide range of over 125 specialized programs. Our services include personalized tutoring, translation and interpretation, speech and occupational therapy, reading specialists, psycho-educational assessments, and tailored test preparation for standardized exams such as the SAT and ACT. We also manage Delaware's exclusive 1-on-1 Private School for grades 7-12, Augustine Hills School, located in Wilmington, Delaware.

What We Seek:

We are currently in search of dedicated professionals to provide after-school tutoring sessions.

Location: Wilmington, DE 19803

Type: In-Person 1:1 Tutoring

Schedule: Available Monday through Thursday from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM

Subject Focus: Mathematics for Middle School to High School students

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience in the relevant grade level
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Proximity within 30 minutes of the designated zip code
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to engage with students to enhance their understanding of mathematical concepts
  • Reliability and dependability
