Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Property Manager to join our team at a luxury community in Madison, WI. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to prospective and future residents, overseeing leasing activities, and ensuring the property's overall success in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial: Assist the property manager with meeting or exceeding financial goals and operating the asset in owners' best interests and in accordance with Policies & Procedures.
  • Leasing: Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing the luxury features and amenities. Assist in the leasing process, from application through move-in, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for residents.
  • Administrative: Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed and enter signed leases into Yardi. Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and make sure they are done timely and accurately.
  • Maintenance: Maintain community appearance and security by doing property inspections on a regular basis by documenting and communicating problems to the appropriate parties.
Requirements
  • Highly motivated individual who can work with considerable independence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong commitment to a team-oriented approach.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Yardi Voyager experience preferred.
  • WI Real Estate Sales License within 90 days of hire. Training is 100% reimbursed.
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive hands-on experience in property management of 150+ units.
