Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our tax credit property in Madison, TN.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding owners' expectations and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities will include managing the property as a business unit to achieve pre-determined marketing and financial results, training and supervising on-site office team members, and ensuring staff compliance with company policies and procedures.

Additional responsibilities will include marketing, leasing, financial reporting and control, and resident relations.

Requirements include at least 1 year of experience as a Property Manager, strong team player with good communication and people skills, and ability to solve problems, manage time, and set priorities.

A working knowledge of computers, finance, management, and marketing is also required, as well as experience using property management software.

CAM or other property management certification is preferred.
