Insurance Customer Service Representative (Personal Lines)
This engaging position focuses on generating new business, processing endorsements, and fostering enduring relationships with our extensive member community. We provide a variety of insurance options, including auto and home coverage, and seek seasoned licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Deliver insurance quotes for a range of personal lines coverages utilizing FSC rating software and other specific rating tools.
2. Guide and support members in making informed coverage choices tailored to their unique requirements.
3. Execute underwriting and policy placement decisions aligned with customer needs and the insurance provider's standards.
4. Complete applications for new business, manage endorsements, and maintain accurate suspense files.
5. Address inquiries and concerns from insurance carriers and customers/members promptly.
6. Conduct annual reviews of existing member policies to evaluate coverage adequacy and provide recommendations.
7. Proactively seek out prospects to enhance sales in accordance with the marketing strategy.
8. Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by management.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent.
3 to 5 years of experience in Personal Lines.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Agency Management Systems (Hawksoft).
