About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Bankruptcy and Restructuring Services team in our New York City office. As a key member of our Financial Advisory Services team, you will be responsible for executing, building out, and leading a team of professionals in business restructuring and bankruptcy-related engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute restructuring and turnaround plans to maximize value for all stakeholders.
  • Lead and advise on various aspects of the restructuring process, including development of strategy, liquidity management, and out-of-court negotiations preparation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and client personnel.
  • Effectively manage a team of professionals and delegate work assignments as needed.
  • Encourage a team environment on engagements and contribute to the professional development of assigned personnel.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience performing business restructuring and/or related consulting services.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of bankruptcy and insolvency process.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant field.
