This role is responsible for registering patients for services, verifying insurance benefits, and ensuring accurate and timely entry of demographic and billing information into our registration system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with patients and/or caregivers to exchange necessary information and documentation
  • Provide explanation of visit, instructions, and address concerns and questions
  • Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-certification/authorization as necessary
  • Escort and transport patients and visitors within the facility
  • Determine and accept required payments, including co-pays and deductibles
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
