Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone or in-person to comprehend their needs and address any issues.
  • Enhance and maintain strong procedural or technical skills through participation in development planning and training sessions.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential customer challenges, notifying management as necessary.
  • Utilize publicly accessible resources to identify prospective customers.
  • Record and monitor customer data, orders, and follow-up actions in the CRM system to guarantee product availability and timely delivery.
  • Conduct basic merchandising and order processing tasks, including entering customer orders and managing stock replenishment.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.
  • Draft routine correspondence, reports, and documents for management and customer communication.
  • Provide customers with information regarding products, pricing, inventory status, and production timelines.
  • Suggest process and procedural enhancements based on customer feedback.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $57,300

Experience Required:

A solid understanding of basic procedures or systems (7 to 12 months of experience preferred).
