The Manufacturing Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various production processes, including assembly, material shaping, processing, and packaging. Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership position with direct management of personnel, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Candidates must possess valid work authorization to be employed by Hitachi Energy in the United States.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence team members.
  • Strong skills in change management and time management, both personally and in coaching others.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to focus on critical business aspects and make informed decisions.
  • A humble individual with the capacity to prioritize, plan, and organize workflows effectively.
  • Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles is advantageous.

Primary Job Location:

This role will encompass oversight of all assembly, testing, and shipping operations, ensuring efficient management of personnel and processes.
