We are seeking a certified Medical Physicist to provide physics consultation to our Radiation Oncology team at a healthcare facility in El Paso, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical physics and experience with radiation therapy equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide physics consultation to Radiation Oncology personnel on patient care and treatment
- Collaborate with the team to ensure quality assurance and safety standards are met
- Operate and maintain state-of-the-art radiation therapy equipment, including a Varian 21iX Clinac and GE PET/CT
- Develop and implement treatment plans using Eclipse and RadCalc
- Participate in quality assurance programs, including Profiler2 and MapCheck2
- Master's degree in Medical Physics
- ABR/TX License
- Experience with radiation therapy equipment and treatment planning software
