Executive Assistant to Chief Human Resources Officer

As an Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior leader in the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to anticipate and meet the needs of the executive, ensuring seamless execution of their duties.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, calls, and other interactions based on their priorities.
- Arrange travel, complete expense reports, and ensure timely submission.
- Understand business etiquette and interact effectively with senior leaders, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Manage email and correspondence, responding on behalf of the executive where necessary.
- Develop an understanding of the executive's work style and preferences, assuming responsibilities as requested.
- Prepare reports and analyses to assist the executive in decision-making.
- Schedule Leadership Team meetings, arrange meeting space, and develop meeting agendas.
- Prepare documentation for payment of vendors, consultants, and suppliers.
- High school diploma/GED required; Associates degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
