Key Responsibilities:- Offer strategic direction and oversight in Water Resources and Water/Wastewater Engineering.
- Participate actively in business growth efforts.
- Oversee client teams in the capacity of Client Manager.
- Engage in long-term planning at both departmental and corporate levels.
- Guide and mentor junior project managers and engineers.
- Contribute to talent acquisition and training program execution.
- Assist with project management as required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, ideally registered in Arizona.
- Over 15 years of experience in water and wastewater systems.
- More than 10 years of project management experience in the engineering sector.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards for water and wastewater.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
