- Communication: Answer customer questions, provide updates on service status, and ensure timely communication throughout the service process.
- Workflow Management: Manage and oversee the Dealership's workflow and schedule to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Experience: Prior experience in a customer-oriented environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and basic knowledge of cars and maintenance.
- Certifications: Must have a Class A (CDL) driver's license and a good driving record.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, and carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Environmental Factors: Must be able to work in an outside environment, drive vehicles, and tolerate inclement weather conditions.
