Our products, from design to global distribution, are all produced in-house, ensuring a high quality standard that meets our customers' expectations.
To maintain our standards, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export Clerk (m/f/d) to join our sales department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international trade and logistics, with excellent communication skills in English and German.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Trade Facilitation: Coordinate the preparation and processing of export documents, including commercial invoices, export declarations, delivery notes, preference certificates, and certificates of origin.
- Customs Clearance: Ensure seamless customs clearance processes, verifying tariff classifications and maintaining accurate general master data.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with service providers and customers to coordinate deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant Education: Completed training as an industrial clerk or forwarding agent.
