Your Role as a Practical Nursing Specialist: With empathy and professionalism, you will deliver high-quality nursing care to all residents, ensuring they receive optimal treatment in a secure and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding nursing services.
  • Administer medications and treatments as outlined in care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, management, and families.
  • Maintain and update accurate written documentation.
  • Possess knowledge of nursing and medical practices, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Utilize basic math skills as required.
About You: You possess excellent customer service skills and demonstrate flexibility, compassion, and reliability. Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care settings is advantageous, but all nursing professionals are encouraged to apply.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Valid nursing license in Ohio.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with coworkers, residents, family members, and business partners.
