We are currently seeking a full-time Mobile Equipment Repair Specialist for our operations. The primary duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough inspections
- Perform on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Demonstrate stick welding capabilities
- Manage the removal and installation of components
- Implement optional enhancements
- Engage in basic diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Conduct testing procedures
- Maintain the service vehicle
- Oversee inventory of onboard parts
- Adhere to company principles in daily operations
- Complete additional tasks as required
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance, ready to work at the scheduled start time
- A minimum of three years of relevant equipment repair experience
- CDL class "B" is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical skills with a solid grasp of engine and electrical systems
- Possession of personal tools
- A positive demeanor and high energy
- Must maintain a clean driving record
- Familiarity with computer applications, particularly Microsoft Outlook
- Language Skills - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, operating instructions, and maintenance manuals. Capable of writing routine reports and communicating effectively with groups.
- Mathematical Skills - Basic: Ability to perform simple arithmetic operations and apply them in practical scenarios.
- Reasoning Ability - Intermediate: Ability to understand and execute instructions provided in various formats and to solve problems involving multiple variables.
- Physical/Sensory Functions: Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, and reach; frequently required to talk, hear, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; occasionally required to sit.
- Lift and/or Move Functions: Regularly lift up to 25 pounds; frequently lift between 26 to 50 pounds; occasionally lift over 51 pounds.
- Work Environment: Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts; frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles and outdoor weather conditions; occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions, electrical hazards, and vibrations.
