We are currently seeking a full-time Mobile Equipment Repair Specialist for our operations. The primary duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections
  • Perform on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance
  • Demonstrate stick welding capabilities
  • Manage the removal and installation of components
  • Implement optional enhancements
  • Engage in basic diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Conduct testing procedures
  • Maintain the service vehicle
  • Oversee inventory of onboard parts
  • Adhere to company principles in daily operations
  • Complete additional tasks as required
  • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance, ready to work at the scheduled start time
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three years of relevant equipment repair experience
  • CDL class "B" is highly preferred
  • Strong mechanical skills with a solid grasp of engine and electrical systems
  • Possession of personal tools
  • A positive demeanor and high energy
  • Must maintain a clean driving record
  • Familiarity with computer applications, particularly Microsoft Outlook
  • Language Skills - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, operating instructions, and maintenance manuals. Capable of writing routine reports and communicating effectively with groups.
  • Mathematical Skills - Basic: Ability to perform simple arithmetic operations and apply them in practical scenarios.
  • Reasoning Ability - Intermediate: Ability to understand and execute instructions provided in various formats and to solve problems involving multiple variables.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
  • Physical/Sensory Functions: Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, and reach; frequently required to talk, hear, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; occasionally required to sit.
  • Lift and/or Move Functions: Regularly lift up to 25 pounds; frequently lift between 26 to 50 pounds; occasionally lift over 51 pounds.
  • Work Environment: Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts; frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles and outdoor weather conditions; occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions, electrical hazards, and vibrations.
