Compensation:$90,000 - $120,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and review all job applications, selecting the most qualified candidates for further evaluation.
- Ensure all candidates receive clear communication regarding their application status, whether they have received an offer or not.
- Coordinate interviews and additional skills assessments as required.
- Work alongside division leadership to create and publish new job postings for both external and internal candidates.
- Develop a comprehensive company-wide recruitment strategy that effectively attracts high-caliber talent.
- The accelerated program allows candidates to expedite their journey to becoming a Partner in the firm. Depending on prior management experience, the timeline to become a recruiting Partner can range from 6 months to 18 months.
- Strong interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills are essential.
- Experience in crafting targeted job descriptions that resonate with qualified candidates.
- 3-5 years of relevant recruitment experience within the insurance sector.
- Outstanding networking abilities and a knack for attracting exceptional talent during the recruitment process.
- A four-year degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
