Job Summary

LTD Global is seeking a highly organized and responsible Personal Assistant to support a confidential family office in the Santa Barbara area. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks and special requests with discretion and professionalism
  • Handle confidential payment coordination and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and maintain a schedule for personal and professional needs, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Supervise household errands, including repairs and maintenance, and ensure seamless execution
  • Scan documents as needed and maintain a secure and organized digital filing system
  • Assist with event coordination, including planning, execution, and follow-up
  • Provide project management oversight for special requests, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the family office

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a personal assistant role or operational setting
  • Working knowledge of basic technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
  • Associate's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
  • Basic arithmetic operations and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in a confidential client-facing environment with a strong customer-service focus
  • Flexibility, ability to work with different personalities, and strong team player skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
