Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you'll represent DISH in customers' homes, delivering TV and Smart Home solutions. You'll build rapport with customers, educate them on smart home possibilities, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure DISH TV and Smart Home solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Work in varying climates and weather conditions
  • Travel may be required
Requirements
  • Aptitude to build rapport quickly
  • Ability to stand on a high ladder and lift over 70 lbs
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work in small spaces and varying climates
