Position Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable trusts and estates counsel to become a part of our expanding legal team. The successful applicant will possess a minimum of three years of expertise in crafting estate planning documents and managing estate administration in Maryland. Additionally, the candidate must hold a valid license to practice law in Maryland.

Essential Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in estate planning within Maryland
  • Expertise in preparing estate planning documents and managing probate processes
  • Capability to create accountings and file estate tax returns
  • Strong client relationship management skills
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Consulting with and advising clients
  • Gathering client information
  • Developing estate plan proposals
  • Reviewing drafts of legal documents
  • Executing documents alongside clients
