Key Responsibilities

Essential Duties Include:

  • Delivering case management services to promote effective treatment outcomes
  • Acting as a therapist in IOP and follow-up care groups, offering individual therapy as necessary
  • Conducting educational sessions on behavioral health and recovery
  • Crafting patient-focused treatment plans based on thorough assessments
  • Collaborating with medical personnel and the treatment team
  • Coordinating patient care with family members and referral sources
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records
  • Working evening hours from 12:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Qualifications

Requirements for Therapist:

  • Must possess a valid license in the state of practice
  • At least three years of supervised counseling experience
  • Strong administrative, verbal, and written communication skills

Requirements for Substance Use Disorder Counselor:

  • ADT: Alcohol and Drug Trainee
  • CAC-AD: Certified Associate Alcohol and Drug Counselor
  • CAC-I: Certified Addictions Counselor I
  • CAC-II: Certified Addictions Counselor II
  • CSAC: Certified Substance Abuse Counselor
  • CSC-AD: Supervised Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor
