Corporate Litigation Counsel

We are looking for a talented legal professional to become a part of our expanding law firm and contribute to the growth of our corporate litigation division.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in litigation
• Must hold a valid license to practice law in Maryland
• An established network of clients or referral sources is advantageous

Main Duties

• Oversee various elements of a dynamic business litigation practice
• Manage cases related to business advisory, discrimination, employment issues, and general corporate disputes
• Draft and review essential corporate documents, including LLC agreements, operating agreements, and partnership contracts
