Radiologic Imaging Specialist

Chi is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at St. Luke's Health-The Vintage Hospital. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for operating radiology equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images, working closely with physicians to ensure accurate diagnoses, and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Operate radiology equipment to produce diagnostic images, following established procedures and safety protocols.
- Position patients and adjust equipment to ensure optimal image quality.
- Follow safety principles and radiation protection guidelines to ensure patient safety.
- Record test results and monitor patient data.
- Schedule outpatient tests and procedures, explaining preparation requirements to patients.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Graduate of an accredited Limited Radiology Technology training program required.
- Non-Certified Radiologic Technician (NCT) license or passing the Limited Scope of Practice in Radiography exam required.
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) or Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
