  • Facilitate effective collaboration among global, regional, and local markets regarding Oncology New Product initiatives.
  • Oversee and refine the Global Regulatory Liaison (GRL) strategy: Monitor and provide insights into the evolving global commercial team (GCT) meetings for the next 1-2 years.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for New Product Leads across regions/markets to enhance coordination with global teams.
  • Develop communication strategies and materials to foster Global-Regional-Local engagement and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Establish and integrate the oncology Enterprise Go-to-Market (EGTM) portfolio strategy and outline new product timelines for EGTM.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for performance enhancement through strategies that expedite execution, improve efficiencies, and align with new product and organizational objectives.
  • Qualifications:
  • The organization is seeking a Project Manager to contribute to the Global Marketing Oncology – New Products Team. This role is pivotal in managing the new product global-region-local engagement and supporting the new product Enterprise Go-to-Market (EGTM) strategy. The ideal candidate will employ industry best practices to lead project management efforts, ensuring a robust governance framework, risk management, and effective tracking and communication.
  • This collaborative role will interface with various functions, including Market Access, HHDDA, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Precision Medicine. Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing, New Product Portfolio Strategy.

Essential Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required; an advanced degree is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and commercial roles; experience in Oncology is highly desirable.
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated project/program management expertise and successful delivery.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with global and regional teams and stakeholders.
