The InsideHigherEd School of Business, Culinary Arts, and Hospitality Management is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Culinary Arts Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for teaching lab and lecture classes in the on-the-ground or hybrid modalities.
Responsibilities:
- Teach culinary arts courses, including lab and lecture classes, to students in a variety of formats, including on-the-ground and hybrid modalities.
- Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback to promote student success.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments in culinary arts and hospitality management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of our students and the industry.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
- Industry experience in culinary arts or a related field.
- Excellent teaching and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
