We are on the lookout for a Customer Support and Order Management Specialist to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities, adept multitasking skills, a genuine enthusiasm for assisting clients, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels
  • Deliver accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to clients
  • Prepare product quotes for customers
  • Generate Work Orders for production
  • Coordinate with production teams to meet customer timelines
  • Provide support and coordination throughout the production and shipping processes
  • Input orders after verifying customer specifications

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel is preferred
  • Prior experience in order management or customer service is advantageous
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus
  • A versatile individual capable of handling multiple responsibilities
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
