We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Lead to oversee the effective functioning and upkeep of our operational equipment and premises.

The ideal candidate will supervise a group of maintenance personnel, organize and plan all downtime and repair tasks, manage spare parts inventory, and lead preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives.

This position requires flexibility to work outside of standard hours to address issues, oversee projects, and conduct urgent repairs.

The Lead will also be responsible for preparing cost estimates and ensuring the successful completion of capital projects within the designated timeline and budget.MUST HAVE
