Heron Ridge Associates is a leading outpatient private practice specializing in mental health and substance use treatment. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Clinic Administrative Coordinator to enhance our operational efficiency at our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a smooth workflow and effective office management.
  • Utilize computer systems effectively, with a preference for experience in electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive communication with clients and staff.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to manage a busy office environment efficiently.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $14.00 to $17.00 per hour, influenced by various factors such as education and experience.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma required; advanced coursework in business is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant office experience, particularly in Behavioral Healthcare.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform tasks on a computer.
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds occasionally.
