Material Delivery Specialist

Job Summary:
The Material Delivery Driver is a critical role that requires coordination and delivery of materials to designated job sites according to production schedules. This position involves reviewing production schedules and related information, conferring with Field Managers to determine material requirements, and tracking materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the flow of materials to job sites according to production schedules
- Effective management of materials on job level
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school graduation or equivalent (e.g., GED, college, technical or trade school transcript, foreign equivalency)
- Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite), preferred but not required
- Fluent in Spanish, a plus but not required
- Valid driver's license for 3+ years and insurable with Company insurance company
- Construction experience, preferred but not required

- Frequently communicate with customers, managers, field employees on status of projects

- Ability to climb up and down steps
- The position requires lifting heavy objects (up to 75+ pounds) on a consistent basis
Working Environment and Equipment:
- This position requires working in an outdoors environment
- Individuals may be exposed to varying temperatures, including very hot (above 90 degrees F) or very cold (below 32 degrees F), and all-weather conditions
