Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the operationalization of Machine Learning across the enterprise, ensuring effective execution and management of projects.

3. Implement solutions for both batch and real-time algorithms, incorporating monitoring, logging, and performance testing tools.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business to plan and execute new capabilities.
5. Establish scalable processes for data analysis, model development, validation, and implementation.
6. Mentor and guide team members in best practices for production-level machine learning code.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates who possess:
- A degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Over 3 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning systems in production environments.
- A minimum of 5 years in software engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
- Proficiency with various SQL and NoSQL databases, and experience with technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
- Familiarity with cloud solutions, particularly Azure or GCP, and experience with Databricks.
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
