Position Overview
The Clearance Center Associate is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Clearance Center, striving to meet established objectives related to sales, post-retail processes, waste management, customer satisfaction, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to customers and staff.
- Support auction activities and oversee vendor accountability.
- Facilitate the movement of merchandise from the dock to designated areas as instructed.
- Ensure proper rotation of goods in the Outlet Store according to schedule.
- Process items for salvage as directed.
- Assist in maintaining the structural integrity, electrical systems, store equipment, and landscaping of the facility.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Accurately operate a cash register.
- Assist with loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Flexibility in work shifts and willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
- Consistent punctuality and reliable attendance.
- Commitment to a drug-free workplace.
- Understanding of Goodwill's mission and active participation in its execution.
