About the Role

The Maintenance Tech II is a key member of our facilities team, responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our buildings, grounds, and facilities.

This is a full-time position with benefits, offering a competitive salary range of $22-25 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and inspect the work of outside contractors engaged in building maintenance and repair.
  • May be required to work on-call in case of an emergency.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in building maintenance or construction, or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Certification, license, or equivalent as required under state and/or local regulation to operate or repair certain equipment in a technical field such as HVAC, building trades, or building utilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current and valid driver's license with a driving record free of major infractions.
  • Availability to work evenings and some weekends.
