Role Summary
We are in search of a driven individual to fill the position of Junior Automotive Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, foster relationships, and assist in selling a diverse range of vehicles. This is a full-time role that offers a competitive base salary along with commission.

Compensation & Benefits
The successful candidate can expect to earn between $2,500 and $6,500 monthly, which includes base pay and commission. Additional benefits include health insurance, a 401K plan, paid vacation and sick leave, discounts on products and services, and various other benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and establish rapport to understand their needs.
• Stay informed about the latest vehicle models and features to provide customers with insightful information.
• Address customer inquiries, share vehicle details, and negotiate sales effectively.
• Maintain customer information within the customer relationship management system.
• Follow up with leads to nurture customer relationships.
• Deliver product information and assist customers in vehicle delivery.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve dealership sales objectives.

Qualifications
• No prior experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Capability to understand vehicle models, features, and options.
