Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at the Greater St. Louis Area Council. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a designated territory, consisting of multiple counties or population centers within the Greater St. Louis Area Council's 63 counties.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow the district in key areas of finance, membership, and volunteer development
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, business owners, and other stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our members and customers
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel for training and other business-related purposes
