  • Aspiring to advance within the company
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Experience with point of sale systems to ensure accurate patient account management
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Minimum of one year in a sales-oriented role
  • Involvement in marketing initiatives to attract new clientele
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Educate patients on wellness services and offerings
  • Share personal experiences related to chiropractic care
  • Collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment
  • Strong customer service focus with effective communication skills
  • Organize patient flow within the clinic

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to members and patients
  • Primary role involves driving membership growth to achieve sales targets
  • Welcome members and patients upon arrival and check them in for appointments
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries
  • Reconnect with inactive members
  • Stay informed about membership options, packages, and promotions
  • Support team objectives and foster positive relationships with colleagues
  • Maintain clinic cleanliness and workspace organization
  • Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages
  • Communicate member concerns to management while adhering to company policies
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Accept constructive feedback positively and utilize it for growth
  • Previous office management or marketing experience is a plus (this role does not involve management of other staff)
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
