Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and analyze the financial needs of corporate clients, including the development of financial models, to determine advisory and financing solutions.
  • Collect, consolidate, and interpret company and industry data to support transaction structuring and execution efforts.
  • Perform comprehensive financial statement analysis and create and maintain models to identify business opportunities with clients.
  • Prepare client presentations, including compiling data and assembling presentation materials, to support the team in determining advisory and financing solutions.
  • Support transaction structuring and execution efforts, with increasing levels of responsibility and accountability over time.
Requirements
  • 2-5+ years' work experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, or in a corporate finance role at an industry player.
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Finance, Math, Economics, Science, or other quantitative or STEM subject.
  • Strong quantitative skills focused on financial analysis, accounting, and financial theory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with the full Microsoft Suite, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining high work standards.
